Willpower & Grace  The willPower Method® combines alignment-based movements from Pilates® and yoga with strong, athletic calisthenics and dance principals; yielding safe, efficient workouts for students of all levels.   We are the full-body, barefoot conditioning program that athletes need, and the calorie-burning cardiovascular solution that mind-body practitioners have been searching for.


Since your feet are your base of support, we think you deserve to be strong from the ground up. The willPower Method® literally trains from head to toe; and we train with integrity.


This class will help you to condition your body, focus your mind and elevate your spirit.

What is Yoga? - This class is for the very beginner.  If your unsure, intimidated, or completely confused about what yoga is and if it is for you, your in the right place. This is a FREE service the Center is offering to help you feel more comfortable deciding about yoga.  Bring a mat an wear comfortable workout clothing.  No mat? No worries...we've got one you can borrow!!


Vinyasa Flow- In this Vinyasa Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.

Yin Yoga- Yin Yoga is a great way to unlock and end your day!  It's a slow flow class where postures are held in deep stretching and with slow deep breath.

Meditation- Returning to our schedule soon....Perfect for the newbie as well as the advanced student.... this class will consist of a guided meditation focused on connecting more deeply with yourself, your own joy and inner peace.   You’ll be invited to set an intention for the week, followed by a relaxing and rejuvenating 20-25 minute meditation.  Breath work will be incorporated.  Treat yourself to some 'Me' time - Come meditate, relax.  Be YOU, and Just Be :).

Mindful movement - The focus of this class will be to build our awareness as we cultivate our breath and move with integrity through our poses.  Mindful movement is all about being present and listening to our bodies.  We will move at a slower pace that gives us time to find that sweet spot in our poses as we build strength.  We top our evening off with a 15 minute resting pose that will give our minds a break too!

Gentle Flow-   Designed with everyone from the beginner to more advanced student in mind. We move at a slower pace with focus on our alignment, breath and, as always, core strength. Don't let the name fool you, you will be surprised what a wonderful workout this can be.

Core Yoga- This class is beginner friendly, based on the traditional Hatha yoga, and we focus on core stability quite a bit. Core stability is critical in maintaining healthy backs and strong centered bodies.




 Yoga Pulse- This class blends yoga flow with an upbeat vibe.   Done to a fun hip hop playlist, it's really the perfect balance that you need to kick off your weekend!  You'll get a workout and some great stretch

 Yoga derives its philosophy from Indian metaphysical beliefs. The ultimate aim of this philosophy is to strike a balance between mind and body and attain self-enlightenment.

When we visit this present moment balance, we are training our body and mind to stay calm & focused even in the face of the challenges and transitions that our physical and emotional worlds can present to us.
