I am a Licensed Esthetician and SkinCare Educator and have found my passion in helping my clients to make peace with their skin. Little makes me happier than creating custom treatments for my clients, and making recommendations for the best possible at-home regimen; maximizing their results and building clients for life.
I started practicing yoga about 5 years ago. From the moment I stepped on my mat for the first time, I knew my life was forever about change. Suffering with severe depression yoga guided me on the path of loving myself again. I knew it was passion to touch people's lives in the same way my teachers did me. April 2016 I attended Life and Teacher Training with Eric and Caren Paskel in Costa Rica. I was certified to teach many form of asthnas, but teaching Yin touched my heart the most. The deep stretching and challenging the mind is slow meditative postures. Students can count on connecting with their self and Maricia in every class.

Allie came to her yoga practice in 2014 as a senior in high school and was immediately hooked. As her practice developed, she transitioned to the University of Michigan and noticed the ways in which yoga changed her physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Yoga helped Allie to institute a personal practice of self-love and minimized stress throughout her daily life. In the spring of 2016 Allie completed her Life Power Yoga Teacher Training at Center for Yoga in Ann Arbor, MI. Students can expect to have fun and challenge themselves in Vinyasa Flow classes with Allie. Through each class Allie hopes to guide her students to practices of love and relaxation to continue both on and off the mat.
Sara became passionate about practicing yoga at The Center during the summer of 2016. She felt the positive changes that yoga brought to every aspect of her life. The Center cultivated her yoga practice through its warm and welcoming community of inspirational and authentic yogis (students and teachers alike). In the fall of 2016, Life & Teacher Training was offered in Michigan with Eric and Caren Paskel. Training was a opportunity to have a greater understanding of this life changing science and she felt it was an active pathway to healing her own emotional instabilities. Initially, teaching yoga was not the goal, but was the result of her enthusiasm for sharing this profound gift with others.
Sara is also a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self-Help Instructor. Jin Shin Jyutsu® physio philosophy is an art which harmonizes the life energy of the body. It is practiced by gently placing fingertips (over clothing) on designated safety energy locks, to harmonize and restore energy flow. This facilitates the reduction of tension and stress which accumulate through normal daily living. The physical practice of yoga is a perfect compliment to this subtle art as both philosophies coincide.
