She became a Certified Cupping Therapist in 2016. In her words...."I have always been drawn to healing by touch. I believe in the body's capacity for self-regulation and know it has an amazing ability to heal itself. There is always more to learn and I am constantly reading articles, attending seminars and taking classes for new and different techniques. I work with my clients in all aspects of their life to find the best health solution for them."
Alec Adamic - Yoga Instructor
Alec has been practicing yoga since the age of 13. Unknowingly as he grew up as a competitive gymnast, yoga postures and alignment were methods of endurance training. The postures helped regain the form lost due to changes in the body as puberty takes place. As interests grew yoga was a familiar sense of movement. As he outgrew gymnastics, yoga remained. Graduating high school in 2016 he decided to take time to devote himself to becoming someone who can make this movement accessible to everyone. Student first teacher second, education continues far from the mat. Taking his first 200RYT training in the fall of 2016, following the Paskel path. The core values of life started to align as Alec developed a foundation that allows for only more growth.

Sara Lepine - Yoga Instructor
Sara became passionate about practicing yoga at The Center during the summer of 2016. She felt the positive changes that yoga brought to every aspect of her life. The Center cultivated her yoga practice through its warm and welcoming community of inspirational and authentic yogis (students and teachers alike). In the fall of 2016, Life & Teacher Training was offered in Michigan with Eric and Caren Paskel. Training was a opportunity to have a greater understanding of this life changing science and she felt it was an active pathway to healing her own emotional instabilities. Initially, teaching yoga was not the goal, but was the result of her enthusiasm for sharing this profound gift with others.
Sara is also a Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self-Help Instructor. Jin Shin Jyutsu® physio philosophy is an art which harmonizes the life energy of the body. It is practiced by gently placing fingertips (over clothing) on designated safety energy locks, to harmonize and restore energy flow. This facilitates the reduction of tension and stress which accumulate through normal daily living. The physical practice of yoga is a perfect compliment to this subtle art as both philosophies coincide.
